Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of Playcall. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Playcall.
Who can use Playcall
Playcall is for esports programs - players, coaches, and administrators, most often at schools. If you are under 18, you may use Playcall as part of a school or organization's program with that organization's involvement. By using Playcall you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to join the program you're part of.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Program administrators can invite members, assign roles, and remove members from their program. Don't share your password or let others use your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Playcall to harass, bully, or harm anyone.
- Post content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to access data belonging to programs you aren't part of, or otherwise break the security of the service.
- Disrupt or misuse the service or its integrations.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add - profiles, notes, playbooks, and the like. You grant Playcall the permission needed to store and display that content to your program so the service can function. You're responsible for the content you post and for having the right to share it.
Third-party services
Playcall works with services like Discord. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and links to external sites in the app are the responsibility of whoever posted them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Playcall running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Playcall is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playcall is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using Playcall and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms.
